- Can you handle VAT filings, TSD/payroll, annual report, and dividend declarations?
- Pricing model and minimum contract term? Any extra fees for ad-hoc questions or monthly check-ins?
- What tools do you use, and how do we submit invoices/receipts?
- Can you connect to LHV and Wise bank? Or what’s the upload process?
- For USD/GBP or other non-EUR payments, should we collect via LHV or maintain a Wise multi-currency account?
- How should we issue invoices in non-EUR (conversion date/rate) and book FX gains/losses and bank fees? Any VAT quirks?
- How to balance salary vs dividends for tax efficiency, and can dividends be taken quarterly/biannually instead of only annually?
