Overview¶
Minnova provides senior backend integration/analytics engineering services to Incard. The engagement focuses on designing, building, and operating scalable backend systems that ingest, normalise, and expose financial data from external platforms (e-commerce, banks, PSPs).
This is a full-time contractor engagement (160h/month) with a planned transition to UK employment after visa sponsorship (~June 2026).

Consultancy Scope¶
- Architect and deliver scalable backend systems using Elixir and TypeScript
- Design and operate high-throughput data ingestion pipelines
- Define and maintain data schemas, domain boundaries, and long-term data architecture
- Build analytics-ready data models, SQL queries, and developer-friendly APIs
- Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and observability (retries, idempotency, backfills, reconciliation)
- Own backend delivery from design to production in collaboration with Product, Data, and AI teams
- Contribute to shared backend standards and long-term technical architecture
